focal - Humblebeads polymer
Maybe it's knowing that we're headed into the colder quieter months or just because I adore Humblebeads' polymer pendants. Does it matter?
I had fun the last couple of weeks creating two new nature inspired artisan necklaces featuring flower and nesting bird images. Of course the southern hemisphere is headed into their Spring so maybe I'm only out of sync in the top half of the world!

This quote by John Steinbeck made me smile at its truth:
"Men do change, and change comes like a little wind that ruffles the curtains at dawn, and it comes like the stealthy perfume of wildflowers hidden in the grass."
It's one of the joys of getting older that relationships are easier. When we were first dating we were titillated by the way we could finish each other's thoughts and words. Then came the years where we were competing without even consciously doing so. Now it's a deeper love and respect for all we have gone through together and individually.
In my experience women change, too, but more like a thunderstorm and with the scent of a lavender field.
