Worktable Wednesday - With a Peek in My Studio

September 04, 2012

Wildflower necklace

Last week I shared my first worktable so I thought I'd show you what I completed.  I'm calling this necklace Wildflowers.  (SOLD)

I'm playing around with beads and such right now before starting to put this one below together.  You can see I'm on a Humblebeads kick right now.

Honey from the Bee's studio table

In sharing my studio space with you I want you to know I KNOW how LUCKY I am!  This is the perfect space, truly.  Not only is it in a great location between the kitchen and laundry room with a big deep sink, but it came with lots of storage, a heavy work table, bulletin board, lots of light, and a stunning view.  I was also able to paint it in my favorite color - perwinkle!  The previous owner of our house sewed and crafted so I'm benefiting from her forethought since she and her husband built the house.

I'm having fun decorating it and my office with work from some of my favorite artist friends.

Daisy is waiting in my office which I will share later. I'm looking for a Robin's Egg Blue comfy chair to add in that spot for knitting, beading, reading...Now all I desire is a week in this space with no interruptions.
