Focusing on Life, Week 26: Nature Lifts My Spirit
I am sorry to have missed Week 25, but the prompt was "You"... who you are and frankly last week I wasn't sure. In the end I would've picked the word "Strong." I've always had internal strength. It got me to today where I grow from every obstacle placed in my path.
So at this half-way mark where Sally has given us free rein to pick our own prompt, I give you some bald eagle photos that I took this past week. They speak not only to my strength, but also to my country's strength. May we always learn and grow from our mistakes.
Happy Fourth of July! Thank you to the veterans and current troops who've protected our freedoms. May we honor them by not giving them up.

Absolutely gorgeous photos. Nature lifts my spirits too. I don't see these gorgeous birds around me too often, we do have a huge hawk living around our home. I sure wish I did because I am in awe of the eagle.~Emahttp://www.emakdesigns.com/blog
