Playing with Fire Pendant

Only 1 left in stock

Bead embroidered art pendant in shades of blue, turquoise, and orange. The exquisite stones and glass are set in a background of black and highlights of silver.

The artist Mikelene Reuss, that made the glass cabochon on top, called her piece Lava Flow. I obviously picked up on the fire theme without even realizing it until I was pricing the components.

Playing around with stones in my stash I thought how cool this spectacular Sonora Sunrise teardrop looked with the art glass. Sonora Sunrise is mined in Mexico. It is made up of classic red cuprite with black tenorite and speckles of blue/green chrysocolla. It is a very special cabochon.

A couple of turquoise beads, sterling silver chain, and Japanese glass seed beads finish the piece. Anodized aluminum rings act as bail.

Pendant is 3.5 inches long and hung from a black steel cable chain that I've made adjustable can be worn at 16", 18", and 20".
