French inspired Tiger Eye Earrings
These dangling tiger eye earrings are fit for royalty. I call them Versailles.
The checkerboard pattern dates back thousands of years. They've found it in 1500 BC artifacts in Iran. You see it in lots of Roman mosaics. Louis the XIV of France, known as the Sun King, had his palace floors done in checkerboard as a nod to the Roman palaces built many years before him.
I've never seen an intarsia stone like this, but I hope I find more. The tiger eye glows next to the obsidian. It took a master lapidarist to create these beads using the intarsia technique.
