Art Glass bead, Ametrine, Pearl necklace
The colors of Ametrine (stone where Amethyst and Citrine appear together) remind me of the calming lavender growing in my backyard, lit by warm sunlight. The Swarovski glass pearls pick up the dots on Vicki Lee's art glass bead. The Ametrine in the necklace is faceted and varies from opaque to more clear. The faceted piece dangling in the centerpiece is a very high quality clear Ametrine. The clasp is an SS "S" with pearl in the center. Earrings are no longer available.

Fine Silver with Pearls necklace
Delicate 16.5 inch choker brings a feminine accent when worn with a simple camisole or silk shell. Pearls are handtied on silk to protect their nacre (luster.) Clasp is sterling silver and completes the theme. Off-set flower centerpiece is fine silver made from a flower I picked in Oregon. Acrylic green leaves are lightweight but add needed color.

Victorian Revisited
Vintage Victorian Steel-cut Buttons, Amazonite necklace
Buttons are an art form and were never more so than in the 19th century. That's when these brass and steel-cut filigree buttons were made. I've highlighted them with soft Amazonite and and antiqued silver wire and brass chain. There's even a tiny button with silver-cut of same era in the pendant dangle. Center button is just over 1 inch in diameter; 4 side ones are smaller. Necklace is adjustable from 20-22 inches. You could actually hike it up an inch or so shorter if you wanted. One of a kind necklace for that little black dress!

Kim Osibin Art Glass hung on Kumihimo Braid
Swirling silver, gold in a deep aqua blue with stars in the distance... Kim Osibin has created a gorgeous bead that to me speaks of the magic and wonder of our beginning. I've created an 8 strand Kumihimo braid from a variety of fibers that sparkle, have wonderful color and are soft and fuzzy. The clasp is a SS double-push lobster that makes this adjustable 15.5-17.5 inch necklace a breeze to hang around your neck. Red Desert Hoodoo
Apache Sage Jasper, Fine Silver, rubber cord necklace
The Red Desert in Wyoming has these cool formations called hoodoos. The Red Desert is in SW Wyoming and is comprised of 6 million acres. The difference between hoodoos and pinnacles or spires is that hoodoos have a variable thickness often described as having a totem pole-shaped body. Oil and Gas development threatens this fragile environment. Pendant is about 3/4 inches by 1.8 inches and the rubber cord with Sterling Silver clasp is 16 inches. I've set a beautiful piece of Apache Sage Jasper in Fine Silver in honor of one our great last places.

Carnelian and Pearls bring sunshine to your day. I've created beads from tiny Carnelian rounds in a rosy salmon color and strung them with peachy colored Carnelian and creamy white Pearls.
