Return Policy

I want you to love your purchase.  Also, since I understand that colors on your monitor
may not be the same as real life and shopping online doesn't give you a chance to see how
a piece looks on your body, you may return any* original condition unworn jewelry
purchase within 2 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange.  Item must be mailed
to me within those 2 days either first class mail with insurance or UPS with insurance.  
Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable.  On exchange items the
appropriate shipping charges apply.  Please notify me immediately if you'll be returning an
item so I can be watching for it and contact you when received.  

*For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective.  If
defective, I will repair at no additional cost to you.

Terms of custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process and are not
subject to the above return policy terms.

Layaway Policy

A 60 day interest free layaway plan on orders over $200 is available.  Please notify me
through the contact page if you would like to purchase any items using this option.

If payment is by credit card:
Your credit card will be billed in 3 equal monthly installments and your purchase will be
shipped once the final payment has been made.  

If payment is by check or money order:
You will send a personal check or money order of 3 equal monthly payments to the address
I provide.  Your purchase will be shipped 10 business days from receipt of your final personal
check or immediately if pay by money order.

Layaway Cancellation Policy

All cancelled layaway orders are subjected to an administrative and processing charge of
10% of the original purchase amount.

Layaway Return Policy

All returns of purchases through layaway are subject to a 10% of the original purchase
amount restocking fee.

Returned Check Policy

If your check is returned to my bank for any reason, I will charge you a return check fee of
$25.00 plus any additional charges that may come as a result of your returned check.
